How to play

• Flip a tile to add a letter to the middle. By default anyone can flip; in ⋯ → Flip settings you can make it need a number of players (say 2) or a share of them (say 50%) — the button then shows "1/2 asked".
• See a word? Hit I HAVE A WORD! first — it locks everyone else out while you type it.
• Words must be 4+ letters.
• Build it from middle letters, or steal a word already on the table: use every letter of it plus at least one from the middle. No taking part of a word — it's all of it or nothing.
• While you type, the box shows where each letter comes from: glowing tiles come off the middle, the orange chip is the word you'd take.
• A steal must change the root. Just adding S, ES, ED, ING, ER or EST doesn't count (CAT → CATS ✗, CARE → RACER ✓).
• Miss and you pay: if your word is bad or the clock runs out, you give up one of your own words — its letters are shuffled back into the bag, unflipped, so nobody just grabs them straight back.
• You get 5 seconds to start typing, and +2 seconds for every letter you type.
• Bag empties, game ends — most tiles wins.
